Welcome to my Digiscrapping World.

Trying out minimalistic style. But there is this nagging feeling that something is missing…(???)

This was taken during the wedding of my dear friends, Allan and Tinay, last March 30 ‘08 in Tagaytay City.

I miss you Papa…Wherever you are, i hope i was able to show you how much i love you. I am what i am today because of you. Thank you for your unconditional love.

Yeah, she’s my mom. (Btw, i’m 27.)

She was begging and bugging and bitching(?) {Ha-ha-ha} me to create a layout for her. Well, what can i do? i was not in the mood…Ok then, finally, i made this one for her. Guess what?! She didn’t like it! Ha-ha-ha! She’s more into vibrant colors like red, orange, hot pink etc. which for me is a sore in the eye. I am more into earthtones, neutral colors…Heck! i just thought that the background and elements i used complimented her picture. Maybe next time mom, i’ll make you a LO that you will like. Ha-ha-ha! Muah!

You are beautiful Mom. Inside and out. Even if your not highlighted in RED.

And i love you so much…

Sharing with you my first try at Digiscrapping.

I spend my free time browsing Girltalk and i came across this thread called Digiscrapping. It has always been on the top viewed/posted thread list under Crafts and Hobbies. So curiosity got the better of me and clicked on the link. And as they say, the rest is history…( oh i just say this coz i dont have anything more to add…sorry my writing talent, if i have it, is not working as of the moment…)

Enough of that. Now, about the Layout, it’s called “Batang Malabon” since it was taken in Malabon City. It was a shot by Mr. Arnel ‘flea26ph’ Villavicencio, a professional photographer, previous co-worker, and friend. He was kind enough to send me some of his shots. Thanks Sir!

I really felt sorry for the kid the first time i saw the picture. But then, it got me inspired to create this layout.

Disturbing, isn’t it?
